Curiosity could kill your Cat

Curiosity becomes more cats in trouble than almost anything else. Cats are curious by nature, and when you bring them in your home, watch out!

I got a kitten Ragdoll (Andy) for Christmas one year and decided to go and get his brother from the creator next week. I thought Andy was so amazed and happy to be reunited with his brother-ha! There seemed to have absolutely no revocation that never had a brother and did not want to share new home another kitten at all. He's his brother (Amos) whole House whistle and growling until poor Amos took refuge in the basement of our House. Andy was still not happy until Amos a small hole found on the wall and climbed in, and it disappeared! Managed to escape square affixed to the wall where he could not turn around to get himself back and we had to break the half of the wall to rescue him. Moral of the story is that you need to proof your House kitten can save a lot of headaches.

Placing glass Decorations on high shelves, which proved to be another bad decision. I swear they will push for the purpose. Some of the tips below should prevent many disasters, redundant and travelling to the Office of emergency VET.

Tie hanging fardainei and electric cables. Remove plastic bags, twist ties, rubber bands, medicines, cigarettes and cigarette butts or Roach, Ant traps where they can take to make sure that if. openly and consistently they have attached monitors windows. do not leave burning candles unattended. Keep toilet lids closed. do not leave unattended ovens. Burners can stay hot, after disabling them especially if you have a glass top stove. I kept a tea peteino filled with water by hand only for that purpose. Christmas trees should have a category all to themselves. You should secure the nearest wall unless you want to pick it up off the floor after it is fully decorated! Do not use ornaments on a tree if you have a cat or dog in the House. They like to eat the right off the tree for some strange reason. Hang glass decorations on the branches down for obvious reasons ... many plants of the body are toxic to cats. Some of them should keep away from your cat is:

God, colourful, Oleander, Elephant ear, Wisteria, Boxwood, lilies, Hydrangea, Azalea

Rhododendron and Fox glove.

This is only a few. The ASPCA lists over 400 plants that are toxic to cats. Finally, he gave and got rid of all of mine. Some cat owners claim that if you give your cat a small container of growing grass in your home will leave your plants only. I tried ever so I don't know if that works, but it may be worth a try.

Another thing I will do to keep safe if microorganisms have chipped my curious cats. A small silicon chip containing information holders is humanely under the cat's skin. If your cat accidentally should never get out (believe me, it happens) any local VET or animal shelter will be able to scan the chip and return your cat. My cats were set in cats and had no outside life until the day that someone does not close the door tightly. One remained in the House and the other one went exploring. Fortunately, we reached the back before he got into trouble he was unable to handle. You just never Know what can happen and really helps to try and cover all the bases before doing so.
